Quality Assurance

Encore Industries is SRI Certified ISO 9001:2015-ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001-2015, we have document controls for every facet of our operations and follow them to the letter. Our QC department uses a Metalsoft 4848 Fabrivision for flat pattern layout to assure every part is within tolerance. At Encore, we are committed to our customer's success.

SMI Program

Many of our customers have applied for the "SMI" program here at Encore. The "supplier managed inventory program " can help support cost reduction objectives for OEM's with managed forecasts which support contract manufacuturing suppliers. This program is especially helpful for managing long lead-time purchased parts found on your BOM. �Risk buys can be beneficial for both supplier and customers, dwell times are established at ninety days.
